Ibuprofen Lannacher sudėtyje yra veikliosios medžiagos ibuprofeno, priklausančio vadinamųjų nesteroidinių vaistų nuo uždegimo (NVNU) grupei. Ibuprofenas malšina uždegimo sukeltą skausmą, patinimą ir karščiavimą.
Todėl Ibuprofenas vartojamas trumpalaikiam silpno ar vidutinio stiprumo skausmo, tokio kaip mėnesinių, galvos, dantų, raumenų, sąnarių malšinimui.
Jis taip pat vartojamas karščiavimo mažinimui.
