Lomexin^®

Lomexin^® contains the active substance fenticonazole.

Lomexin^® is a remedy against fungal infections of the vagina and external genitals with a broad spectrum of action. The growth of fungi is inhibited or killed. In addition to this fungicidal effect, Lomexin^® is also effective against certain bacteria.

Lomexin^® vaginal capsules are used in adults and adolescents from 14 years of age:

• for fungal infections of the genitals (inflammation of the external genitals and vagina, infectious discharge).

Lomexin^® cream is used for adults, adolescents and children from 3 years of age:

• for fungal diseases of the skin, especially pityriasis versicolor and ringworm (tinea corporis) as well as other infections caused by filamentous fungi (dermatophytes), yeasts and other fungi.
