Ascorbisal^®

Ascorbisal^® contains the active substance acetylsalicylic acid and ascorbic acid .

Ascorbisal^® is an analgesic (painkiller). The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect and vitamin C covers the increased need for vitamin C in colds. 

Ascorbisal^® is given to adults and children aged 12 years and over to relieve mild to moderate pain (e.g. headache, toothache, menstrual pain), and to relieve pain and reduce fever in colds and flu-like infections.

Gastrointestinal pain is not an indication for Ascorbisal^®.
