Condylox® contains the active substance podophyllotoxin.
Podophyllotoxin is the therapeutically active component of podophyllin, the resin from the rootstock of Podophyllum species (Berberidaceae). Podophyllotoxin inhibits cell division and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Condylox® is used for non-inflamed, non-bleeding genital warts (pointed condylomas) on the external genital area in women and men aged 18 and over.
