Dasatinib G.L. contains the active substance Dasatinib.
This medicine is used to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in adults, adolescents, and children 1 year of age and older.
Leukemia is a cancer of the white blood cells. These white blood cells normally help the body fight off infections. In patients with ALL, white blood cells, also called lymphocytes, multiply too quickly and live too long. Dasatinib G.L. inhibits the growth of these leukemic cells.
