Areas of application
Metagelan® is an analgesic, antipyretic and antispasmodic drug.1-3
Metagelan® is used for the short-term treatment of acute severe pain after injury or operation, cramp-like abdominal pain (colic), tumor pain, other acute or chronic severe pain when other treatment options are not indicated as well as high fever that does not respond to other measures.1-3
Metagelan® is lactose free.1-3
Tablets:
Metagelan® tablets are used in adolescents 15 years and older as well as adults.1
Drops & injection solution:
Metagelan® drops and injection solution are used in all age groups from 3 months of age and a weight of at least 5 kg.2,3
