Perscleran^®

Perscleran^® contains the active substance glatiramer acetate.

Perscleran^® is used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS).

It is a medicine that modifies the way your immune system works (it is therefore classified as an immune-modifying medicine). The signs of multiple sclerosis (MS) are thought to be caused by a disorder in the immune system. This causes inflammation in the brain and spinal cord.

Perscleran^® is used to reduce the number of MS attacks (called relapses).
