Pulmolan® contains the active substance sildenafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors.
Pulmolan® reduces blood pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs by dilating these blood vessels.
Pulmolan® is used to treat high blood pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension) in adults and in children and adolescents aged 1 to 17 years.
