Diklofenak patrí do skupiny liekov nazývaných nesteroidové protizápalové lieky (NSAID). Diklofenak odstraňuje zápal, tlmí bolesť a znižuje horúčku.
Diclovit sa predpisuje dospelým vo veku 18 rokov a starším na zápalovú bolesť a zápalové reumatické problémy, ako je chronická polyartritída, ankylozujúca spondylitída (Bechterova choroba), artróza, spondylartróza, a neuralgia, ako napríklad cervikálny syndróm, lumbago, ischias.
